摘要
痰饮作为心系疾病一个重要致病因素,一直以来深受各中医名家学者重视。温胆汤作为祛痰名方,因其疗效显著被历代医家广泛应用。于睿教授在辽宁中医药大学附属医院从事中医药治疗心系疾病工作已20余年,在大量临床患者的治疗实践之中,逐渐地对古方治疗临床常见病有了深入的理解,形成独到的治病理论依据,注重舌脉辨别,寻找疾病本质,精准辨性辨证,对中医经典中的古方灵活化裁,从而体现经典古方的显著疗效。温胆汤是于睿教授临床工作中治疗心系疾病常用方剂,凡经过辨证属于痰饮所致出现惊悸、胸闷、失眠等症状者,都会选用温胆汤的加减化裁治疗,取得良好疗效。通过整理于睿教授妙用祛痰名方温胆汤治疗痰饮引发的心悸、失眠、胸痹心痛等多种心系疾病的案例,总结出理气化痰,继而祛瘀、养心的治疗之法。这些案例不仅显示出经典古方的神奇疗效,而且深刻体现了辨证论治在中医临床治疗工作中的重要地位,以及"异病同治"的中医观念。
Phlegm-fluid retention,as an important pathogenic factor of heart disease,has been paid much attention to by famous scholars of traditional Chinese medicine.Wengdan Decoction,as a prescription for removing phlegm,has been widely used by doctors of all ages because of its curative effect.Professor YU Rui has been engaged in the treatment of heart diseases by traditional Chinese medicine in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for more than20 years.In the treatment practice of a large number of clinical patients,Professor YU has gradually gained a deep understanding of the treatment of common clinical diseases in ancient times,forming a unique treatment theory,paying attention to the identification of tongue and pulse,looking for the nature of disease,precise syndrome differentiation and activating the ancient spirit in the classic Chinese medicine works,and thus reflecting the remarkable effect of the classic ancient recipe.Wengdan Decoction is a commonly-used prescription for the treatment of heart diseases in the clinical work of Professor YURui.All those who suffer from symptoms such as shock,chest tightnessand insomnia due tophlegm-fluid retentionwould use modified Wengdan Decoction,and often achieve good results.The author summarized the cases of various heart diseases such as heart palpitations,insomnia,chest palpitations and heartache caused by phlegm-fluid retention who were treated by Professor YURui,and summarized the methods of treating phlegm,and then removing blood stasis and nourishing heart.These cases not only show the magical effect of the classic ancient prescription,but also profoundly reflect the important position of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the concept of"treating different diseases with the same method".
