摘要
通过对故障现象及维修成本的综合分析,结合气田当前设施及工艺情况,崖城气田利用现有Delta V控制系统冗余量,在组态中添加新的温度控制程序,代替原有的现场独立温度控制器,同时在新的控制程序中增设远程手动控制功能。优化后的温度控制方式无需现场控制器及其附属配件,消除了繁琐硬件带来的故障问题,降低了维修成本,实现了硬件控制向软件控制转变,使加热炉稳定性大大提高。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of fault phenomena and maintenance costs,and combined with the current facilities and process conditions of the gas field,Yacheng gas field adds a new temperature control program in its configuration by utilizing the redundancy of the existing Delta v Control System,replace the original field independent temperature controller and add the remote manual control function in the new control program.The optimized temperature control mode does not need the on-site controller and its accessories,eliminates the trouble problem caused by the tedious hardware,reduces the maintenance cost,realizes the transformation from hardware control to software control,and greatly improves the stability of the heating furnace.
