摘要
为了实现飞机油箱燃油油量的智能测量,文中提出一种新型的基于计算机视觉的飞机燃油智能测量技术。首先通过先验试验得到H-V曲线;然后进行计算机视觉解析照片,识别参照物,再计算像素比例;最后基于像素比例,测量并计算图像上的物体尺寸或特定距离,查找H-V关系曲线求得对应的油量。该测量方法与传统测量方式相比,可有效降低飞机自重,具有更高的油量测量读数精度和准确度,提升了燃油系统的安全性和可靠性,为燃油测量提供了另一种形式。
In order to realize the intelligent measurement of the fuel quantity of aircraft fuel tanks,this paper proposes a new type of aircraft fuel intelligent measurement technology based on computer vision.This method first obtains the H-V curve through a prior experiment;then analyzes the photo by computer vision,identifies the reference object,and then calculates the pixel ratio;finally,the object size or specific distance on the image is measured and calculated based on the pixel ratio,and finds the H-V relationship curve to find the corresponding amount of oil.Compared with traditional measurement methods,this measurement method can effectively reduce the aircraft’s dead weight,has higher precision and accuracy of fuel quantity measurement readings,improves the safety and reliability of the fuel system,and provides another form of fuel measurement.
