摘要
志愿服务是社会文明进步的重要标志,是培育、践行社会主义核心价值观的有效载体。近年来,我国志愿服务事业蓬勃发展,同时也存在着志愿服务定义认知不到位、志愿项目界定不明晰、志愿者权益保障不规范、岗前培训不全面、管理组织架构混乱等问题,在面临国家重大应急志愿服务需求时这些问题更为凸显。走好中国特色志愿服务道路、大力发展志愿服务事业需要找准问题、精准发力,着力健全志愿服务工作体制机制,促进志愿服务事业朝着制度化、规范化、专业化、常态化的方向发展。
Voluntary service is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization and an effective carrier for cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism. In recent years,China has witnessed a booming voluntary service. Meanwhile,there are also problems related to voluntary service,such as insufficient understanding of voluntary service definition,unclear definition of voluntary projects,irregular protection of volunteer rights,incomplete pre-job training,and chaotic management organization,etc.,which become even more prominent when the countrys major emergency volunteering needs occur.To take the road of voluntary service with Chinese characteristics properly and develop the voluntary service vigorously,we are supposed to pinpoint the problem,make precise efforts,strive to improve the system and mechanism of voluntary service work,and promote the development of voluntary service in the direction of institutionalization,standardization,professionalism and normalization.
