摘要
装配式钢结构已成为我国建筑发展的形式之一,但防腐、耐火和造价仍是制约其发展的主要因素。外包混凝土T形截面异形柱是一种新型柱,它可以隐藏在墙体内,具有较好的力学性能、耐火性能和耐腐蚀性能。在火灾情况下,外包裹材料、外包裹形式和厚度是影响异形柱耐火性能的主要因素。为了清楚地分析柱的耐火性能,必须获得包裹材料和钢材内部的温度场。利用cfd软件ABAQUS 6.14对普通混凝土、再生混凝土和陶粒混凝土等3种包装材料的立柱进行了数值模拟,在标准火灾ISO-834温度-时间曲线下,研究不同包裹材料异形柱内部的温度分布和上升曲线,得到温度随着火时间的变化曲线和分布规律。研究结果为T形截面SRC异形柱外包防火层的优化设计提供了有价值的参考,也为异形柱的力学性能研究提供了温度条件。
Prefabricated steel structure has become one of the forms of construction development in China,but anti-corrosion,fire resistance and cost are still the main factors restricting its development.Encased concrete T-shaped section special-shaped column is a new type of column,which can be hidden in the wall and has good mechanical properties,fire resistance and corrosion resistance.In case of fire,the outer packaging material,outer packaging form and thickness are the main factors affecting the fire resistance of the special-shaped column.In order to clearly analyze the fire resistance of the column,the temperature field inside the wrapping material and steel must be obtained.The cfd software ABAQUS 6.14 was used to numerically simulate the columns of three kinds of packaging materials such as ordinary concrete,recycled concrete and ceramsite concrete.Under the standard fire ISO-834 temperature-time curve,the temperature distribution and rise curve inside the special-shaped column of different wrapping materials was studied,and the temperature change curve and distribution law with the fire time were obtained.The research results provide a valuable reference for the optimal design of the T-section SRC special-shaped column outer fireproof layer,and also provide temperature conditions for the study of the mechanical properties of the special-shaped column.
