摘要
目的分析对接受甲状腺手术治疗的患者围术期行循证护理结合个体化优质护理干预对其临床护理效果的影响情况。方法临床研究对象为80例于2018年12月至2019年12月期间在我院接受甲状腺手术治疗的患者,分组依据为随机数字表法,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受循证护理结合个体化优质护理,比对患者的临床疗效情况。结果经护理后,两组并发症发生率差异显著,且为观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的SDS以及SAS的值显著低于对照组患者的,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组满意率差异显著,且为观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论给予接受甲状腺手术治疗的患者围术期行循证护理结合个体化优质护理干预可显著降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者负性情绪,提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with individualized high-quality nursing intervention on the clinical nursing of patients undergoing thyroid surgery. Methods 80 patients who received thyroid surgery in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, the control group received routine nursing, the observation group received evidencebased nursing combined with individualized high-quality nursing to compare the clinical efficacy of patients. Results After nursing, there was a significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups, which was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);the value of SDS and SAS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the satisfaction rate between the two groups was significant, which was higher in the observation group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidencebased nursing combined with individualized high-quality nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patients’ negative emotions and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing.
