摘要
目的研究ICU中心静脉置管相关性感染的护理措施,以此减少感染发生。方法抽取我院ICU收治的行中心静脉置管的患者84例为研究对象,随机将84例患者分成对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组配合常规护理,观察组配合护理干预,对比两组相关性感染情况。结果观察组置管时间、住院时间、用物准备时间均短于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P <0.05);观察组非计划拔管发生率2.4%明显低于对照组11.9%,两组比较有显著差异(P <0.05);观察组相关性感染发生率2.4%低于对照组19.0%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组导管滑脱、局部渗血、导管阻塞等不良反应发生率均低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论 ICU中心静脉置管配合护理干预措施,能降低感染和不良反应发生,减少非计划拔管,从而缩短患者置管时间和住院时间,可以应用于临床。
Objective To study the nursing measures of central venous catheter related infection in ICU to reduce the incidence of infection. Methods Eighty-four patients who underwent central venous catheterization in our hospital were enrolled in the study. 84 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 42 cases each. The control group was combined with routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with nursing intervention to compare the related infections between the two groups. Results The catheterization time, hospitalization time, and preparation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of unplanned extubation in the observation group was 2.4% lower than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of infection in the observation group was 2.4% lower than that in the control group(19.0%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The observation group showed catheter slippage, local oozing, The incidence of adverse reactions such as catheter obstruction was lower than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion ICU central venous catheter combined with nursing intervention can reduce infection and adverse reactions.
