摘要
针刺穴位会激活特定脑功能区,但作用机制尚不完全明确。利用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术客观化、微观化等优势,可以了解针刺引起中枢神经系统的改变情况,同时为针刺如何在大脑中相互作用提供了神经影像学依据。回顾近年来国内外基于fMRI技术针刺脑效应的研究,发现目前的研究方向主要集中于针刺特异性、效应机制,镇痛以及得气等方面。本文综述了时下针刺与fMRI结合研究的部分热点方向,发现在脑功能试验中,干扰因素较多,无法标准化,仍是今后需要致力于研究的主要问题。于此同时,是否可以借助现代科技更微观,更具体的角度检测激活效应,可以成为今后我们共同努力的一个方向。
Acupuncture points can activate specific brain functional areas,but the mechanism is not completely clear.Objectify using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology,microization and other advantages,to understand the changes of the central nervous system caused by acupuncture,at the same time provides neuroimaging evidence for how acupuncture interacts in the brain.In recent years,the research on brain acupuncture effect based on fMRI technology at home and abroad was reviewed,it is found that the current research directions mainly focus on acupuncture specificity,effect mechanism,analgesia and qi extraction.This paper summarizes some of the hot topics in the current research on the combination of acupuncture and fMRI,and finds that in the brain function test,there are many interfering factors that cannot be standardized,which remains the main problem to be studied in the future.At the same time,whether the activation effect can be detected from a more microscopic and specific angle with the help of modern technology can become a direction for our joint efforts in the future.
