摘要
本试验旨在研究胚蛋给养N-乙酰-L-谷氨酸(NAG)对拉萨白鸡种蛋孵化性能以及鸡胚生长、肠道形态的影响。选取17.0胚龄拉萨白鸡活胚蛋240枚,随机分为对照组和NAG给养组,每个组6个重复,每个重复20枚活胚蛋。17.5胚龄时,NAG给养组经羊膜腔无菌注射1.5%NAG营养液,注射剂量为0.1 mL,即NAG补给量为1.5 mg/枚;对照组种蛋不做处理。在19.5胚龄观测鸡胚生长指标、肠道形态,出壳当天统计孵化性能。结果表明:1)孵化后期胚蛋给养NAG对拉萨白鸡鸡胚生长无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)NAG给养组种蛋孵化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),健雏率2组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,胚蛋给养NAG显著降低了19.5胚龄鸡胚十二指肠火箭形绒毛比例(P<0.05),对空肠和回肠各类型绒毛比例无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,胚蛋给养NAG显著提高了19.5胚龄鸡胚回肠手指形绒毛高度(P<0.05),对回肠手指形绒毛宽度无显著影响(P>0.05);NAG给养组19.5胚龄鸡胚十二指肠、空肠手指形绒毛高度和宽度较对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,孵化后期(17.5胚龄)经由羊膜腔给养1.5 mg/枚NAG可提高拉萨白鸡种蛋的孵化率,对鸡胚生长未产生显著影响,但可促进鸡胚肠道发育。
The current study was conducted to investigate the effects of in ovo feeding(IOF)of N-acetyl-Lglutamate(NAG)on hatching performance of hatching eggs,growth and intestinal morphology of chicken embryos for Lhasa white chickens.A total of 240 Lhasa white chicken embryo eggs aged 17 d of embryogenesis were randomly allotted to control group and NAG-injection group.Each group contained 6 replicates with 20 embryo eggs each.Embryo eggs in the control group were not injected.Embryo eggs in the NAG-injection group were injected with 0.1 mL of 1.5%NAG nutrient solution at 17.5 d of embryogenesis,that was NAG supplementary amount was 1.5 mg/egg.The growth and intestinal morphology of chicken embryos at 19.5 d of embryogenesis were determined,and the hatching performance was calculated when eggs hatched out.The results showed as follows:1)IOF of NAG did not affect the growth of chicken embryos(P>0.05).2)The hatchability of hatching eggs of NAG-injected group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),but the rate of healthy chicks had no significant difference between NAG-injected group and control group(P>0.05).3)Compared with the control group,IOF of NAG significantly decreased the proportion of rocket-shaped villi in duodenum of chicken embryos at 19.5 d of embryogenesis(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the proportions of different types of villus in jejunum and ileum(P>0.05).4)Compared with the control group,IOF of NAG significantly increased the height but not the width of finger-shaped villi in ileum of chicken embryos at 19.5 d of embryogenesis(P<0.05),and had no significant effects on the height and width of finger-shaped villi in duodenum and jejunum(P>0.05).It is concluded that IOF of NAG(1.5 mg/egg)via amniotic injection at the late stage of incubation(17.5 d of embryogenesis)can increase the hatchability of hatching eggs for Lhasa white chickens,and promote the intestinal development without affecting the growth of chicken embryos.
