摘要
目的探讨允许性低血压复苏在脊柱外科手术治疗中的应用效果。方法将符合接受脊柱外科手术治疗标准的108例患者依据治疗方法不同将其分为技术组和对照组,各54例。技术组患者行脊柱外科手术联合允许性低血压控制治疗,对照组患者行脊柱外科手术联合正常血压治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果血压控制后,技术组的PT、APTT短于对照组,FIB和平均动脉压高于对照组(P<0.05);技术组的术中总出血量少于对照组,术后苏醒时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脊柱外科手术中实施允许性低血压复苏可显著改善患者术后凝血功能、缩短术后住院时间,具有重要的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the application effect of permissive hypotension resuscitation in spinal surgery treatment.Methods A total of 108 patients who met the criteria of spinal surgery treatment were divided into technical group and control group according to the different treatment methods,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in the technical group who underwent spinal surgery combined with permissive hypotension control,and patients in the control group who underwent spinal surgery combined with normal blood pressure treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the blood pressure control,PT and APTT in the technical group were shorter than those in the control group,and FIB and mean arterial pressure were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total intraoperative blood loss volume in the technical group was less than that in the control group,the postoperative recovery time and the average length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of permissive hypotension resuscitation in spinal surgery can significantly improve the patients’postoperative coagulation function and shorten the postoperative hospital stay,which has important clinical promotion value.
