催化裂化再生斜立管外壁超温原因分析与对策

摘要 针对某石化公司催化裂化再生斜立管外壁超温的问题,对再生斜立管内部衬里及固定支架损坏的情况进行分析,认为再生斜立管外壁超温的主要原因是衬里强度不足、固定支架设计不合理、导气管振动等。同时,提出了改进措施,通过改进再生斜立管衬里施工方案、调整再生斜立管导气管支架结构、优化再生斜立管工艺操作,解决了再生斜立管外壁超温问题,确保了装置安全平稳运行。 By introducing the problems of outer wall overheating of regeneration inclined riser of catalytic cracking in a petrochemical company,the damage condition of internal lining and fixed support of regeneration inclined riser was analyzed.The main causes of outer wall overheating of regeneration inclined riser were insufficient strength of lining,unreasonable design of fixed support and vibration of air tube.At the same time,the improvement measures were put forward through improving the lining construction scheme of the regenerative inclined riser,adjusting the structure of the regenerated inclined riser airway support and optimizing the technological operation of the regenerated inclined riser.The problem of overheating was finally solved through the above measures to ensure stable operation of the device.
