摘要
采用气相色谱仪通过内标法建立消毒剂中乙醇含量的测定方法。测定条件为氢火焰离子化检测器,TRFFAP色谱柱,气化室温度190℃,检测器温度220℃,柱温50℃保持7 min,10℃/min升温至110℃保持2 min。结果显示,检出限0.1%,相对标准偏差<2%,回收率在97.4%~103.7%范围内。表明该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,操作简便,适用于消毒剂中乙醇含量的分析检测。
A gas chromatograph was used to establish a method for the determination of ethanol content in disinfectants by internal standard method.The determination conditions are hydrogen flame ionization detector,TR-FFAP chromatography column,gasification chamber temperature 190℃,detector temperature 220℃,column temperature 50℃for 7 min,10℃/min to 110℃for 2 min.The results show that the detection limit is 0.1%,the relative standard deviation is less than 2%,and the recovery rate is in the range of 97.4%to 103.7%.This method has high sensitivity,good accuracy and simple operation,and is suitable for the analysis and detection of ethanol content in disinfectants.
