摘要
通过效率评价和影响因素分析来探讨图书馆学科建设与图书馆事业协调发展,无论对于优化学科建设还是促进事业发展都具有重要意义。基于产业链视角论述图书馆学科建设与图书馆事业发展具有上下游产业链关系的动态博弈演变过程。构建图书馆学科-事业两阶段系统模型。并运用DEA和Tobit回归模型测算效率、分析影响因素。研究表明:图书馆学科建设效率稳定。图书馆事业发展效率基本优化。图书馆学科-事业两阶段系统的整体效率虽稳中有增,但要低于各分阶段的效率。目前,学科建设与事业发展还处于动态博弈的过程,并没有达到均衡策略。社会需求和二者的协调发展是提高学科建设与事业发展整体运行效率的关键,任何单方面地提高某一个阶段的投入、产出,都不能提高整体运行效率,反而会阻碍协调发展的效率。
In order to promote the development of librarianship and library science,it is necessary to discuss the coordinated development of the two by assessing efficiency and analyzing of influencing factors.From the viewpoint of supply chains,this study analyzes the dynamic game evolutionary tendency of library science and librarianship,build a two-stage model of them.And then it uses DEA method and Tobit regression model to measure efficiency,evaluates the correlation between the efficiency and various factors.This result indicates that library science efficiency is stable.Input-output efficiency of librarianship is effective.The efficiency of the two-stage model system is lower than each phase,but is improved progressively.The game relationship between librarianship and library science is still in phases of dynamic game procession.Social needs and synergetic development are two significant influencing factors to synthetic efficiency based on two-stage correlative DEA models.It is difficult to increase the efficiency by simply relying on increasing a single stage input or output.
