烟气脱汞过程中活性炭喷射速度的选择 被引量:1

摘要 活性炭喷射(ACI)脱汞是目前最有效的燃煤电厂烟气汞排放控制技术之一。本文借助CFD软件对某350 M W燃煤机组喷射活性炭后烟道内的气固两相流场进行数值模拟研究,探究了喷射速度对活性炭颗粒在烟道内的覆盖率、停留时间以及颗粒浓度场均匀性的影响。结果表明当喷射速度为18 m/s时,活性炭喷射效果最佳,满足实际工业应用过程中高效脱汞的要求。
