摘要
膜分离技术是目前我国垃圾渗沥液处理处置的主要技术。但是,膜分离处理过程会产生大量浓缩液,由于氨氮、有机物、盐分浓度高,可生化性差,其处理难度大,处理成本高,这是填埋场渗沥液处理亟待解决的难题。本文探索了两级物料膜分离不同技术处理纳滤浓缩液的可行性,并基于中试研究对其工艺进行了优化,为垃圾渗沥液浓缩液深度处理提供技术支撑。
Membrane separation technology is currently the main technology of garbage leachate treatment and disposal in China,however,the membrane separation process produces a large amount of concentrated liquid,due to the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen,organic matter,and salinity,and poor biodegradability,the treatment is difficult and the cost is high,which is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the treatment of landfill leachate.This paper explores the feasibility of different technologies for two-stage material membrane separation to treat nanofiltration concentrates,and optimizes its process based on pilot studies to provide technical support for the advanced treatment of landfill leachate concentrates.
