摘要
水资源是维持人们正常生活、保障人们生命安全的重要资源,但随着社会经济的快速发展,受自然因素和人为因素的影响,目前水资源总量日趋下降,部分地区出现水污染问题,严重破坏人类赖以生存的环境。为了全面治理水污染、保护水资源、提高水资源利用率,近年来,生态水利工程得到较好的发展,其具有较强的科学性、环保性和实效性,能够实现生态效益与经济效益的共同提高。为了充分保证生态水利工程的可行性和高效性,人们既要合理保护和利用水资源,还要进一步提高工程建设质量,改善生态环境。本文分析了生态水利工程在水资源保护和利用方面的作用,并提出几点建议,以供参考。
Water resource is an important resource to maintain people's normal life and ensure people's life safety,however,with the rapid development of social economy and the influence of natural and human factors,the total amount of water resources is decreasing day by day,some areas have water pollution problems,which seriously damage the environment on which human beings depend.In order to comprehensively control water pollution,protect water resources and improve the utilization rate of water resources,in recent years,the ecological water conservancy project has been better developed,which has strong scientific,environmental protection and effectiveness,and can achieve the common improvement of ecological and economic benefits.In order to fully ensure the feasibility and efficiency of ecological water conservancy projects,people should not only protect and utilize water resources reasonably,but also further improve the quality of project construction and improve the ecological environment.This paper analyzes the role of ecological water conservancy project in the protection and utilization of water resources,and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
