混酸器在刚果(金)某湿法炼铜厂中的生产实践

摘要 为应对湿法炼铜浸出加酸过程中硫酸浓度与温度变化剧烈的苛刻条件,本研究设计了新型混酸器,选用904L不锈钢材质,应用于刚果(金)某湿法炼铜厂。生产实践表明,该混酸器应用效果较好,一年来,混酸器内部未出现任何冲刷损失,虽然904L不锈钢的价格为316L不锈钢价格的4倍,但其使用寿命的提高可减少因停产维修造成的损失,还节约了各种维修费用,因此其产生的经济效益远高于额外的材料成本,这种混酸器有广泛的推广应用前景。 A new type of mixed acid device made of 904L stainless steel material was designed in this study to adapt the severe change of both sulfuric acid concentration and temperature during the acid adding process,and used in a hydrometallurgical copper plant in DRC.The production practice shows that the mixed acid device has a good application effect,there has been no erosion loss in the mixer for one year,although the price of 904L stainless steel is 4 times of the price of 316L stainless steel,but the increase of its service life can reduce the loss caused by maintenance which should stop the plant,also saved the maintenance costs,so its economic benefits can cover the additional material costs,this mixed acid device has a wide range of application prospects.
