摘要
论文对企业管理信息化项目建设风险进行了探讨,从阐述企业管理信息化概念入手,进一步分析了企业管理信息化项目建设风险的诱因,最后提出了有效控制企业管理信息化项目建设风险的具体举措。
This paper discusses the construction risks of enterprise management informatization project,starting from the elaboration of concept of enterprise management informatization,further analyzes the causes of construction risks of enterprise management informatization project,and finally puts forward specific measures to effectively control the construction risks of enterprise management informatization project.
