摘要
目的探究在女性乳腺占位性病变中诊疗应用乳腺钼靶数字摄影技术的价值以及临床效果。方法方便选取2018年4月—2019年7月该院40例乳腺肿块患者作为该次研究对象,所有入选患者均给予开展乳腺钼靶数字摄影,同时对所有患者的乳腺肿块活组织开展病理学检测,对其相关检查结果进行统计分析。结果比较病理学的检查结果与钼靶数字摄影的乳腺病变检查结果,钼靶数字摄影总检出率95.00%(38/40)低于病理学100.00%(40/40),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.051,P=0.152),由此得知钼靶数字摄影的应用价值较高。钼靶数字摄影检查的乳腺占位性病变,其典型影像学表现为清晰可见左侧乳房乳头稍内陷,其乳晕处皮肤略微出现增厚情况,后方存在扩张的粗大导管影,并且能够清晰可见边缘的模糊肿块。左侧乳房的内上象限清晰可见分叶状的肿块,且边缘为放射状态,含触须状毛刺。结论针对女性乳腺占位性病变采用乳腺钼靶数字摄影技术具有较高临床应用价值,其准确性相对较高,可广泛运用于医疗检查当中。
Objective To explore the value and clinical effect of digital mammography in the diagnosis and treatment of female breast occupying lesions.Methods Forty patients with breast masses in the hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were convenient selected as the subjects of this study.All selected patients were given digital mammography of mammary glands,and pathological examination was performed on the breast tissues of all patients.Statistical analysis of relevant inspection results.Results The results of pathological examination were compared with those of mammary gland lesions with digital molybdenum digital photography.The total detection rate of digital molybdenum digital photography was 95.00%(38/40)lower than pathological 100.00%(40/40)there was no statistical signitant difference between groups(χ^2=2.051,P=0.152),which showed that the application value of molybdenum digital photography is high.The typical imaging manifestations of mammary gland occupying lesions examined by molybdenum target digital photography are clear that the left breast nipple is slightly invaded,the skin at the areola is slightly thickened,and there is a thick enlarged duct shadow at the rear.Blurred masses on the edges are clearly visible.The upper and inner quadrants of the left breast.The lobulated mass is clearly visible,and the edges are radioactive,with tentacle-like burrs.Conclusion The use of digital mammography for mammary gland occupying lesions has high clinical application value,its accuracy is relatively high,and it can be widely used in medical examination.
