摘要
目的讨论感染管理措施在超声科中的应用。方法该次研究选取样本数量为72例,研究对象为接受超声检查的患者,研究时间段为2017年2月-2018年5月,将使用基础护理和检查方式的患者设定为对照组,将在对照组之上使用感染管理措施干预的患者设定为实验组,每组样本数均为36例,对两组患者的护理效果进行统计和分析。结果实验组的感染发生比例相对于对照组明显较低,且其护理满意度远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院的超声科中使用感染管理方式,可使其感染指数明显降低,且患者对护理工作的满意程度较高。
Objective To discuss the application of infection management measures in the ultrasound department. Methods The number of samples selected for this study was 72. The study subjects were patients undergoing ultrasound examination.The study period was from February 2017 to May 2018. Basic care will be used. Patients with the same method of examination were set as the control group, and patients treated with infection management measures above the control group were set as the experimental group. The number of samples in each group was 36, and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed and analyzed. Results The infection rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and its nursing satisfaction was much higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of infection management in the ultrasound department of the hospital can significantly reduce the infection index, and the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing work is high.
