摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在奥曲肽联合洛赛克治疗重症胰腺炎的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月~2018年2月期间重症胰腺炎患者60例为研究对象,用奥曲肽联合洛赛克进行治疗,随机均分分配原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组用常规护理服务,观察组用综合护理服务,对比两种方案实施情况。结果:干预后,两组抑郁、焦虑评分所取得数值低于干预前数值,所取得生活质量、满意度评分数值高于干预前数值;观察组所取得抑郁、焦虑评分数值低于对照组数值,所取得生活质量、满意度评分数值高于对照组数值,观察组所取得总有效率数值96.67%高于对照组数值76.67%,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在奥曲肽联合洛赛克治疗重症胰腺炎的应用效果非常显著,值得应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in octreotide combined with losec in the treatment of severe pancreatitis. Methods: 60 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects. Octreotide combined with losec was used to treat the patients. According to the different schemes, the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing service, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing service, and the implementation of the two schemes was compared. Results: After intervention,the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were lower than those before intervention.The scores of quality of life and satisfaction were higher than those before intervention.The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of quality of life and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 76.67%).The differences between the two groups were ststistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing in octreotide combined with losec in the treatment of severe pancreatitis is very significant,which is worthy of application.
