摘要
空冷机组给水系统设置液偶调速电动给水泵,机组常年低负荷运行时,液偶调速效率下降较大,机组运行的经济性较差。为降低机组实际运行时的能耗,对电动给水泵实行行星齿轮与变频调速改造方案分析,得出行星齿轮方案优于变频调速方案。
The feedwater system of air-cooled units are equipped with hydraulic coupling speed regulation motor driven feed water pumps.But hydraulic coupling speed regulation efficiency drops significantly during the low load operation all year round.This leads to the units economical deterioration.In order to reduce the energy consumption during the actual operation load of the units,two renovation schemes are analyzed,one scheme is to take the planetary gear speed regulation and the other is the frequency conversion speed regulation.It is concluded that the planetary gear scheme is superior to the frequency conversion speed regulation scheme.
