摘要
以云南临沧硅藻土为研究对象,分析其组成、热解、形貌等特征,介绍煅烧、重选分离方法和化学浸渍法对矿物分离及影响,设计选矿工艺,分析重选沉降及化学提纯工艺参数,对提纯后硅藻土样品进行物相、形貌、化学成分、粒径及比表面积表征。结果表明,云南临沧硅藻土含有伊利石、石英、高岭石、长石杂质相,SiO2含量(质量分数)为59.29%。原矿进行煅烧,重力沉降分离,矿浆质量分数30%,擦洗时间为1 h,pH值为12,分散剂用量0.3%;再进行化学酸浸,盐酸质量分数10%,酸浸时间2 h,温度70℃,能将SiO2含量提高至98.03%,达到国家硅藻土的优质产品标准DA-l。
This paper selects Lincang,Yunnan diatomite as the research object. The characteristics of them were analyzed. The principle and influence of the methods such as the calcination, the gravity separation and the parameters of these processes were studied. The phases, morphologies, chemical compositions, the particle size and specific area of the samples were characterized. The results show that there are illite, quartz, kaolinite and feldspar in the diatomite of Lincang, Yunnan, and the SiO2 mass content is 59.29%. The calcined raw ores were purified by the gravity sedimentation(30% of pulp concentration, stirring time of 1 h, pH value of 12, dispersant of 0.3%). Then the products were leached by the chemical acid(HCl concentration of 10%, acid leaching time of 2 h and the temperature of 70 ℃), the SiO2 mass content can be increased to 98.03%, which is higher than the national standard(DA-1) of diatomite.
