摘要
根据实际需求设计出一种动态转向灯检测系统,实现了对LED转向信号灯的动态图像、动态电流的时序检测,硬件主要由工业计算机,高速相机,高速可编程万用表、控制模块,输入输出模块,显示器、键盘、鼠标等构成,软件基于C#和Halcon机器视觉算法平台。具有系统控制、图像采集、图像处理、电流采集、电流处理、时序判断、数据统计等功能,具有较大的应用价值。
According to the actual demand, a dynamic turn signal light detection system is designed, which realizes the time sequence detection of dynamic image and dynamic current. The hardware is mainly composed of industrial computer, high-speed camera, high-speed programmable multimeter, control module, I/O module, display, keyboard, mouse, etc. The software is based on C# and the Halcon machine vision platform. This detection system has system control, image acquisition, image processing, current acquisition, current processing, time sequence judgment, data statistics and other functions with a great application value.
