摘要 本文介绍介绍了冷拉伸套管膜、FFS重载包装膜等新型物流包装材料的运用及发展趋势,以及五层共挤非阻隔膜(POD)技术在物流包装用薄膜上的减薄、增效的优势;与传统三层共挤包装膜技术相比,阐述了用五层POD技术在原材料选择、生产工艺、薄膜制品性能方面的优势;以及五层共挤POD薄膜生产线的最新技术应用。利用五层POD技术生产的薄膜可以获得更灵活的配方设计方案和更好的配方成本优势,并可从提高制品品质、降低材料成本等方面来弥补设备增加的投入。 This article introducesthe application and development trend of new logistics packaging materials, including stretch hood film, FFS heavy-duty packaging film, etc., and the advantages of five-layer co-extrusion non-barrier film(POD) technology in reducing thickness and increasing efficiency of logistics packaging film. Compared with the traditional three-layer co-extrusion packaging film technology, the advantages of five-layer POD technology in raw material selection, production technology and film product performance were described, as well as the latest technology application of five-layer co-extrusion POD film production line. The film produced by five-layer POD technology can obtain more flexible formula design scheme and better formula cost a dvantage, which also can make up for the new investment of equipment by improving product quality and reducing material cost.
