摘要
随着教育事业的发展,我国加强了校车安全管理,保障了学生生命安全,校车管理总体上进入良性发展阶段,其得益于政府、社会、家庭从多个方面给予学校的支持。但近10年来,校车事故频发,学生的生命与安全受到威胁。国家应着力加强对校车的治理,提高对校车安全管理的力度;同时,学习发达国家的先进经验,根据我国国情、省情实行有效的措施,建立起具有中国特色的校车安全管理制度,坚持高度关注、长效治理的原则,做到对学生的安全负责。为使校车管理更加规范,本文分析了我国校车运营模式的现状、校车安全管理存在的问题,从而提出可行性措施,并根据我国国情给出了建设性建议。
With the development of educational business,strengthen the school bus safety management,to ensure students’safety,primary and secondary school bus walk into benign development stage in our country,which benefits from the government and parents give support to school from many aspects.However,in recent ten years,school bus problems occur frequently,students'safety is threatened.Therefore,the state should focus on strengthening the governance of school bus,improve school bus safety management.At the same time,we should learn advanced experience of developed countries,implement effective solutions according to national conditions and provincial conditions,establish a school bus management system with Chinese characteristics,adhere to the principle of high attention and long-term governance,and be responsible for the safety of students.This paper analyzes the current situation of school bus operation mode in our country and the existing problems in the school bus safety management,thus puts forward feasible measures to make school bus management more standardized,some constructive suggestions are given according to the situation of our country.
