摘要
煤炭检验检测机构可通过改进内部质量控制以解决质量控制工作中存在的问题。简述质量控制原则,结合实际工作情况并根据检验检测机构实验室内部质量控制的工作内容、实施方案和工作原则,通过人员比对、人员监督、留样再测、使用标准物质进行质控等方法,从人员问题、样品控制及数据处理等方面阐述质量控制中存在的突出问题。提出改进内部质量控制的方法,主要包括加强人员培训、开展质量管理例会、改变样品保存方法、提高数据处理的及时性等,以期确保检验检测机构的检测质量。
Coal inspection and testing institutions can solve the problems in quality control by improving internal quality control.The quality control principle was briefly introduced,combined with actual work circumstances,according to the work content,implementation plan and working principle of internal quality control in laboratory of inspection and testing institutions,through methods such as personnel comparison,personnel supervision,sample retention and retesting,using standard materials,the outstanding problems in quality control were demonstrated from stuff,sample control and data processing.The method of improving internal quality control was put forward,which mainly includes strengthening personnel training,carrying out regular quality management meetings,changing sample storage methods,improving the timeliness of data processing.Therefore,the inspection quality of inspection and testing institutions can be ensured.
