摘要
某型发射装置生产过程中,减振片与锁制器壳体之间的修配工序严重影响产品整体的装配进度。应用装配精度的保证方法理论,对减振片及锁制器壳体的设计、工艺、加工、装配等整个加工生产过程进行分析,发现问题的根本原因在设计方面,提出了优化改进措施,从而省去了装配过程中的修配工序,显著提高了锁制器的装配效率。
In the production process of a certain type of launcher,the repair process between the damper and the lock shell seriously affects the overall assembly progress of the product.Based on the theory of assembly accuracy assurance method,the design,process,processing and assembly of shock absorber and lock shell are analyzed.The root cause of the problem is found.In the aspect of design,optimization and improvement measures are put forward,so as to eliminate the repair process in the assembly process and significantly improve the assembly efficiency of the lock.
