摘要
通过对液压软管在制造过程对制造效率影响较大的下料过程各工序进行细化分析及改进,结合自动化需求的趋势提出软管自动下料系统研究方案及实施应用案例,有效提高了制造效率及产品过程保障能力。
Through the detailed analysis and improvement of each working procedure in the blanking process which has a great impact on the manufacturing efficiency in the manufacturing process of hydraulic hose,combined with the trend of automation demand,the research scheme and implementation application case of hose automatic blanking system are proposed,which effectively improves the manufacturing efficiency and product process support ability.
