摘要
通过对比和优化不同的双拉薄膜实验生产线安装方案,确定在横拉区域前中后部各安装2个摄像头即共6个摄像头。根据需求,选择了HZ-SL水冷防护罩、acA2000-50gc-Basler ace工业相机以及Computer Lens(TG3Z2910FCS-IR)镜头。经过监控系统的硬件安排和软件设计,搭建横拉区间的薄膜破损图像实时监控系统,实现诊断报警。
By comparing and optimizing the installation schemes of different double-pull film experimental production lines,it was determined that 2 cameras(6 cameras in total)were installed in the front,middle and rear of the horizontal drawing area.According to the needs,choose HZ-SL water-cooled protective cover,acA2000-50gc-Basler ace industrial camera and Computer Lens(TG3Z2910FCS-IR)lens.After the hardware arrangement and software design of the monitoring system,a real-time monitoring system for the film damage image in the horizontal pulling zone was built to realize the diagnosis and alarm.
