摘要
文章介绍了总装车间使用Atlas手持电枪施加中间轴上下端螺栓扭矩工艺,分析了中间轴扭矩施加合格率低的问题,通过对故障件及拧紧结果数据收集与分析,提出了更改转向机小齿轮结构尺寸,减短涂胶螺栓涂胶物理长度、优化电枪程序设置参数等措施来提高中间轴扭矩施加合格率。
The article introduces the applying intermediate shaft assembly workshop---the use of Atlas handheld electric gun up and down the bolt torque.The problem of low qualification rate of intermediate shaft torque is analyzed,through the result of the failure parts and tighten the data collection and analysis,and the article puts forward the change of pinion steering machine structure,size and cut short bolts glue coating physical length,optimizing measures,such as electric gun program setting parameters to improve the qualification rate of intermediate shaft torque applied.
