摘要
南水北调中线工程是世界上最大的跨流域调水工程,沿线闸站分散布置且距离较远,为实现全线闸门统一调度,设计开发了多层分布式闸站监控系统。该系统采用了集中控制中心、分控中心、现地闸站控制单元等多层分布式结构,充分利用网络信息集成化技术、集中与分散联合控制技术和联动监控技术,基于PLC控制技术和先进的计算机及网络传输设备的应用,能够对数据进行有层次的分类,可以实现快速故障定位以及更高层次的数据分析,实现全线监控闸站的输水信息和运行状态的远程监测和控制。本文研究分析闸站监控系统及其在实际应用中的优势,对实现闸站无人值守意义重大,也为国内外长距离调水工程实现自动化运行管理建设提供了很好的技术支撑。
The South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is the largest inter-basin water diversion project in the world. Most of gate stations are scattered and far away from each other. In order to achieve unified dispatch of gates across the entire line, we designed and developed Multi-layer distributed gate station monitoring system. This system used several multi-layer distributed structures, such as central control center, Sub-control center and on-site gate station control units. Based on PLC control technology and the application of advanced computer and network transmission equipment, we fully used network information integration technology, centralized and decentralized joint control technology and linkage monitoring technology. This system can classify data in a hierarchical way. It can also quickly realize fault location and higher level of data analysis. Remote monitoring and controlling of water transmission information and operation status of the whole line monitoring gate station is achieved. Through the research and practical application of the gate station monitoring system, this paper had great significance to realize the unmanned gate station, and also provided a good technical support for the domestic and foreign long-distance water diversion projects to achieve automatic operation and management.
