摘要
谐振管是高压油管衰减流体脉动噪声的重要组成部分,如何选择合适长度的谐振管进行降噪测试非常重要。以某在研车型转向高压油管为研究对象,通过对谐振管基本参数的计算制作9个样件,对其频谱噪声、高压油管进出油口压力和压力脉动及高压油管振动频谱数据进行采集及分析。结果表明:谐振管的最佳降噪长度更接近于1阶频率计算的理论长度;谐振管长度与噪声值近似成U形曲线,即谐振管过长或过短都无法得到最佳噪声值,需根据理论计算值进行试验验证,以确定最优方案。
The resonance tube is an important part of high-pressure tube pulsation noise reducing, and its length is very important to the noise reducing. Taking steering high-pressure tube as research object, 9 test samples were made based on the parameters calculation of resonance tube. The spectrum noise, pressure and fluctuating pressure data of the high-pressure tube outlet and vibration spectrum data were collected. The results show that the best length of resonance tube is closer to the length calculated by the 1 st order frequency;the length of resonance tube and noise value are approximate U-shaped curve, if the resonance tube is too long or too short, the optimal noise value cannot be obtained. It is necessary to test and verify the theoretical value to determine the optimal scheme.
