摘要
BIM是一个“可视化”的数字建筑模型并确立在现代化的三维数字设计新技术,目前广泛应用于工程项目管理上,极大地提升了工程质量与效率。以BIM和GIS这两个技术为中心,对应用现状进行了剖析,并对发展前景进行展望。以汉中市略阳县五龙洞镇金池院村土地整治工程为例,利用ArcGIS软件对现场测量数据进行数字化处理,建立数字高程模型;运用BIM核心建模软件Revit进行三维建模,实现土地整治工程三维可视化。研究表明,基于GIS和Revit技术进行土地整治工程三维可视化,不仅增强了工程项目虚拟场景的仿真性,而且为工程项目成果展示提供了科学依据。
BIM is a"visualized"digital building model and established in the modern 3D digital design technology,which is gradually used in engineering project management and has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of the project to a certain extent.Considering BIM and GIS technologies,this paper analyzes their application status and looks forward to the development prospects.Taking the land consolidation project of Jinchiyuan village in Wulongdong town,Lueyang county,Hanzhong city,as an example,the field measurement data is digitized using ArcGIS software,the digital elevation model is established,the BIM core modeling software Revit is used to visualize the land consolidation project in three dimensions.The research shows that the three-dimensional visualization technology of land consolidation project based on GIS and Revit technologies not only enhances the simulation of the virtual scene of the project,but also provides a scientific basis for the demonstration of the project results.
