摘要
目的分析二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法在该院2017年3月—2018年5月期间收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者是该次研究对象,病例数据一共为40例。所有患者都给予药物治疗,并且根据不同的药物将患者平均分成了观察组和对照组两组,每组患者例数均为20例,对照组采用单纯达英-35治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗,对比两组患者在治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后多种指标情况。结果观察组的治疗效果为90%,与对照组的50%相比效果较高(χ2=7.619,P=0.006)。观察组的继发性闭经、月经稀少、卵巢体积增大等不良反应发生率为15%,低于对照组的55%,χ2=7.0330,P=0.0080。观察组在治疗前后LH、T、FIN、E2、PRGE、PRL、FSH等指标情况分别为(10.4±2.2)IU/L、(6.1±2.1)IU/L、(51.1±6.2)ng/mL、(35.3±7.5)ng/dL、(22.4±4.4)mIU/L、(14.5±5.1)mIU/L、(51.2±5.5)pg/mL、(48.4±6.1)pg/mL、(0.7±0.3)ng/mL、(0.6±0.2)ng/mL、(15.3±0.1)ng/mL、(13.4±1.5)ng/mL、(6.7±3.6)IU/L、(6.2±2.2)IU/L,治疗后数据均优于对照组,而且差异显著(t=3.3656、5.6216、3.1137、2.3604)。结论二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者内分泌情况,从而促进疾病的治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with Dain-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in the hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were the subjects of this study,with a total of 40 cases.All patients were treated with drugs,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group equally according to different drugs.The number of patients in each group was 20.The control group was treated with simple Dain-35 and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with Dain-35 treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in terms of treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions,and various indicators before and after treatment.Results The treatment effect in the observation group was 90%,which was higher than that in the control group(χ2=7.619,P=0.006).The incidence of adverse reactions such as secondary amenorrhea,rare menstruation,and increased ovarian volume in the observation group was 15%,which was lower than 55% in the control group(χ2=7.033,P=0.008).LH,T,FIN,E2,PRGE,PRL,FSH and other indicators in the observation group before and after treatment were(10.4±2.2)IU/L,(6.1±2.1)IU/L,(51.1±6.2)ng/dL,(35.3±7.5)ng/dL,(22.4±4.4)mIU/L,(14.5±5.1)mIU/L,(51.2±5.5)pg/mL,(48.4±6.1)pg/mL,(0.7±0.3)ng/mL,(0.6±0.2)ng/mL,(15.3±0.1)ng/mL,(13.4±1.5)ng/mL,(6.7±3.6)IU/L,(6.2±2.2)IU/L,the data after treatment were better than the control group,and the differences were significant.The corresponding(t=3.3656,5.6216,3.1137,2.3604).Conclusion Metformin combined with Dain-35 has significant clinical effects in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,which can effectively improve the endocrine situation of patients and thus promote the treatment of the disease.
