摘要
印刷电路板组件(PCBA)作为电子行业不可或缺的器件,如何对其进行准确高效的检测一直是PCBA生产商研究的问题。为实现对PCBA的快速检测和问题定位,设计了一套PCBA在线测试系统。系统通过针床式治具将测点引出进行处理,使用 C# 编写上位机软件以及动态链接库以控制测量仪表,从而实现了PCBA的在线测量。同时,考虑到目前电子部件智能化的趋势,系统还实现了对PCBA的在线烧写,从而将在PCBA生产商通常独立进行的固件烧写和测试过程合二为一,简化了生产流程,提高了生产效率。实际生产验证表明,该系统能有效地提高PCBA的检测效率,测试结果可靠、有效。同时,由于在概念设计之初进行了大量的调研和规划,保留了其拓展和二次开发的可能性,因此,该系统具有良好的应用范围和前景。
As a necessary component of electronic industry,printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufactures are always focusing on how to test PCBA accurately and effectively.It demonstrates a system which realizes PCBA test and quick problem finding. PCBA in-circuit test by probe bed style jig to lead test points out and controlling test instruments by client and DLL compiled with C# is realized. Besides,in consideration of the electronical component’s intellectualization trend,this system also implements of PCBA in-circuit firmware programming and test to simplify production process and improve efficiency. It demonstrates that this system could improve PCBA test efficiency and prove reliable results. Besides,lots of investigates and plans are implemented in conceptual design of this system,which makes its extending and reengineering possible, so this system’s good application scope and prospect.
