摘要
针对移动油罐的运输状况难以掌握的问题,设计并研制了一套移动油罐监控系统。采用了全球定位系统(GPS)对移动油罐进行自动定位,解决了移动油罐运输路线难以掌握的情况;采用了通用分组无线业务(GPRS)技术对移动油罐相关信息进行监控,解决了油罐车安全运输的隐患问题。分别给出了系统的总体结构、网络传输结构和软硬件结构。系统主要包括罐体、传感器、智能检测器、报警器、服务器和客户端六部分。长期应用表明,移动油罐监控系统设计合理、性能稳定,有效保证了移动油罐的安全、经济运行,提高了企业的经济效益。该系统对整个运输行业的智能化发展起到了推动作用。
In condition of portable oil tank is difficult to grasp, a set of mobile oil tank monitoring system is designed and developed. The global positioning system (GPS) is used to locate the mobile oil tank automatically, which solves the problem that the transportation route of the mobile oil tank is difficult to grasp, the general packet radio service(GPRS) technology is used to monitor the information related to the mobile oil tank, which solves the hidden problem of the safe transportation of the tank car. The overall structure, network transmission structure and hardware and software structure of the system are given respectively. The system mainly includes six parts, tank, sensor, intelligent detector, alarm, server and client. The long-term application shows that the design of the portable tank monitoring system is reasonable and the performance is stable, which effectively guarantees the safe and economic operation of the portable tank and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise. The system promotes the intelligent development of the whole transportation industry.
