摘要
CO2驱油已成为重要的三次采油技术,但油井产出CO2对油套管腐蚀严重,制约了CO2驱规模化应用。为解决碳钢井筒在CO2驱过程中腐蚀严重的问题,针对高温高盐油藏的工况条件,文中研发制备了一种耐高温高盐抗CO2油井用固体颗粒缓蚀剂,将多吸附点高效抗CO2腐蚀油井用缓蚀剂作为主剂;优选了水溶性固体成型助剂,并确定了其配方和制备工艺;同时,优化了固体颗粒缓蚀剂的使用质量浓度与周期,建立了加注量计算公式。该技术在中原油田进行了工业化应用,油井因腐蚀而作业的周期延长了100%以上,腐蚀速率低于行业标准,有效减缓了油井腐蚀。
CO2 flooding has become an important tertiary oil recovery technology,however CO2 produced by oil well seriously corrodes the tubing and the casing which has restricted the large-scale application of CO2 flooding.In order to solve the serious corrosion problem of carbon steel well bore during CO2 flooding,aiming at the working conditions of high temperature and high salinity oil reservoir,a kind of solid particle corrosion inhibitor with high temperature,high salinity and CO2 resistance for oil wells is developed and prepared,and the high-effective CO2 resistance corrosion inhibitor with multiple adsorption points is used as the main agent.The water soluble solid forming additive is selected and its formulation and preparation process are determined.Meanwhile,the concentration and period of solid particle corrosion inhibitor are optimized and the formula for calculating the injection volume is established.This technology has been industrially applied in Zhongyuan Oilfield,and enabled the operation cycle caused by oil well corrosion to be extended by more than 100%and the corrosion rate to be lower than that of industry standard,which has effectively slowed down the oil well corrosion.
