摘要
新时代中国特色社会主义是改革开放的实践逻辑、近代中国发展的历史逻辑、科学社会主义的理论逻辑和人类发展的文明逻辑的辩证统一。新时代中国特色社会主义在改革开放伟大社会革命中系统性生成,迎来了中国特色社会主义发展的新阶段。新时代中国特色社会主义是近代中国选择马克思主义、开辟和发展中国特色社会主义的历史结果,极大推进了中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程。新时代中国特色社会主义是科学社会主义发展的时代结晶,将实现世界社会主义第四次历史性飞跃,推动21世纪社会主义走向振兴。新时代中国特色社会主义亦是人类文明发展大道的产物,在引领发展中国家潮流与构建人类命运共同体中推动社会主义文明的崛起,正成为人类文明平等、包容与多样性发展的新动力。这四重逻辑相辅相成,既回答了中国特色社会主义何以自信,又共同推进新时代中国特色社会主义不断向前发展。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era is a dialectical unity on the basis of the practical logic of reform and opening up,the historical logic of modern Chinese development,the theoretical logic of scientific socialism,and the civilization logic of human development.It was shaped systematically in the great social revolution of reform and opening up,ushering in a new stage for building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the historical result from the choice of Marxism,the explorations and advances in socialism with Chinese characteristics in modern China,which has greatly promoted the historical process of national rejuvenation.It is the crystallization of the advances in scientific socialism,and will lead to the fourth historical leap in world socialism,to the rejuvenation of socialism in the 21 st century.It is also the product of the development of human civilization,and has become the new impetus for the equal,inclusive and diverse development of human civilization in promoting the rise of socialist civilization and leading the tides of developing countries to build a community of shared future for humanity.These four logics complement each other,giving the answer to the confidence in it and jointly advancing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
