摘要
中国经济的高速发展创造了举世瞩目的"中国速度",但伴随而来的社会人口老龄化问题也日益严重,医养分离的养老模式不仅加重了政府财政负担,还降低了提供养老服务的效率。由此可见,传统的养老体系已不能完全适应当下社会发展和老年人的需要。随着"互联网+"与大数据时代的到来,利用互联网平台整合分析数据并据此优化资源分配,通过医疗养老一体化的方法,为多层次、多样化的老年人提供切实可行的养老方案。
The rapid development of China’s economy has created the"China speed"that attracts worldwide attention,but the problem of aging of the social population is also becoming more and more serious.The old-age model of medical and nursing separation not only increases the burden of government finance,but also reduces the efficiency of providing pension services.It can be seen that the traditional pension system can not completely adapt to the current social development and the needs of the elderly.With the arrival of the era of"Internet"and big data,the internet platform is used to integrate and analyze the data and optimize the allocation of resources accordingly,and through the method of integration of medical care and old-age care,it provides a feasible old-age care scheme for the multi-level and diversified elderly people.
