摘要 针对现有电机启动时波动大、额定转速时振动大及如何有效地控制电机的转速、转矩、磁链等技术难题,借助于Matlab/Simulink仿真平台搭建了带磁链、转矩反馈的电机启动带负载运行仿真模型,通过数值仿真获得了电机平稳启动的定子、转子的三相电流和磁链曲线及转速和转矩曲线,仿真结果表明所提出的转速反馈限幅控制的方案能够有效地抑制电机的振动。采用了可信性的比较标准阻尼比ξ和超调量M对仿真结果进行了评估,结论表明,所提出的磁链控制磁链调节器、转速控制转速调节器和转矩调节器的双闭环反馈限幅控制方案,对电机的平稳启动是有效可行的。 In view of technical problems icluding,motor fluctuates greatly when starting and vibrates at rated speed,how to efficiently control motor speed,torque and flux linkage.to built simulation model with flux linkage and torque feedback on load motor start by the matlab/simulink simulation platform,get the curve of speed、torque、three phase current、flux linkage of motor stator and rotor that it can start steady by numerical simulation,the simulation results show that the speed feedback control scheme with amplitude limiting can effectively suppress the vibration of the motor.In order to demonstrate the reliability of the analysis results in this paper,the credible standard damping ratioξand overshoot M of is adopted to evaluate the simulation results.It is concluded that flux linkage control flux linkage controller,speed control the speed and torque controller of double closed-loop feedback of control scheme with the amplitude limiting is effective and feasible for the motor steadily start.
