摘要
城市固定污染源对人类生活环境存在显著作用,伴随废气排放量增多,大气里废气污染物增多让大气环境遭到破坏,为了保障人类生活环境不出现异常,监测城市固定污染源废气排放量非常重要。提出基于基尼系数法的城市固定污染源废气排放监测方法,通过固定污染源废气污染物排放总量核算方法,获取城市固定污染源废气排放总量后,使用基于基尼系数法的总量初次配分调整模型,计算城市固定污染源废气最高允许排放量,最后将城市固定污染源废气排放总量与最高允许排放量实施对比,若超出最高允许排放量则废气排放异常。
The urban fixed pollution source has a significant effect on the human living environment.With the increase of exhaust emission,the air environment is destroyed by the increase of waste pollutants in the air.In order to ensure the normal human living environment,it is very important to monitor the exhaust emission of the urban fixed pollution source.Based on the Gini coefficient method,the monitoring method of urban fixed pollution source exhaust emission is put forward.After the total amount of urban fixed pollution source exhaust emission is obtained through the total amount accounting method of fixed pollution source exhaust emission,the total amount of the first allocation adjustment model based on the Gini coefficient method is used to calculate the maximum allowable emission of urban fixed pollution source exhaust.Finally,the maximum allowable emission of urban fixed pollution source exhaust is calculated and compared with the total emission..If the maximum allowable emission is exceeded,the exhaust emission is abnormal.
