摘要
【目的/意义】依托大数据技术为农村社区治理进行技术赋能,实现了农村社区治理现代化技术创新,提升了社区治理效能及社区居民的幸福感、获得感和安全感。【方法/过程】在提出大数据时代农村社区治理面临的机遇挑战基础上,指出了当前农村社区信息化治理面临着信息孤岛、服务断层、人才短缺、参与不足等现实急需要解决的问题。【结果/结论】基于农村社区信息化治理的现实困境,提出了破解信息化治理的路径方案,在此基础上,提出构筑四维协同治理体系、整合云端治理平台及服务功能模块、壮大社区治理信息化人才队伍、参与机制创新及软硬件建设等具体建议,以更好推动农村社区信息化治理进程。
【Purpose/significance】To empower rural community governance with technology based on big data technology,realize modern technological innovation in rural community governance,improve the efficiency of community governance,and enhance the sense of well-being,gain and security of community residents.【Method/process】Based on the opportunities and challenges faced by rural community governance in the era of big data,this paper points out that the current rural community informatization governance is faced with such urgent problems such as information island,service fault,talent shortage and insufficient participation.【Result/conclusion】Based on the practical dilemma of rural community information governance,this paper puts forward the path plan to solve the information governance.On this basis,it puts forward specific proposals for building a four-dimensional collaborative governance system,integrating cloud governance platforms and service function modules,strengthening the talent team of community governance information,innovating participation mechanism and software and hardware construction,in order to participate in community governance in an all-round way.
