New Process for Robot Flexible Flanging

摘要 开发了一种可转工作台的柔性翻边新工艺,有效解决目前多品种小批量钣金件手工翻边成形存在的生产噪音大、工作强度高的难题。新工艺利用机器人带动滚轮,规划多道次轨迹路径,实现了零件的翻边成形。自行开发可转工作台,实现恒定滚压力翻边,避免了使用固定工作台翻边时,因机器人位姿不同引起的零件中间贴模间隙小,两端贴模间隙大的问题。通过实验对比了固定工作台与可转工作台的效果。并针对柔性翻边的质量问题提出改进方法。 In this paper,a new flexible flanging process for the rotary table is developed,which effectively solves the problems of large noise and high work intensity in the manual flanging forming of multi-variety small-batch sheet metal parts.The new process uses the robot arm to drive the roller and plan the multi-track path,which realizes the flanging forming of the part.When the fixed table is used during the flanging process,the gap in the middle of the part is too small and the gap between the two ends is too large,due to the different posture of the robot arm.In order to solve the problem,a rotary table was designed to apply constant rolling pressure on the blank during the flanging process.The effects of the fixed table and the rotatable table were compared experimentally.And quality improvement methods for the flexible flanging were also proposed.
