摘要
阻尼复合材料夹芯层的高阻尼结构,使得复合材料夹芯结构具有良好的降噪和减振的作用。基于Mindlin板理论,分析了正交对称铺层的各向同性阻尼层复合材料板的自由振动,研究了复合材料的弹性模量(E)、黏弹性材料的剪切模量(G*)对复合材料夹芯板结构的损耗因子和频率的影响。结果表明:损耗因子随着复合材料E的增大而减小,同时频率表现出逐渐增大的趋势;损耗因子和频率均随黏弹性材料层G*的增大而增大。
Composite sandwich plate is beneficial to decreasing vibration and reducing noise,as it possesses high internal damping.Free vibration of composite plates with isotropic damping layers of orthogonal symmetry was analyzed based on the Mindlin plate theory.The influence of E and G*of damping layer on the loss factor and frequency of the composite sandwich plate structure was studied.The results show that with the increase of composite E,the loss factor gradually decreases and the natural frequency increases gradually;with the increase of damping layer G*,the loss factor and inherent frequency increases gradually.
