摘要
运用文献研究法和数理统计法,从历史视角梳理了中国的非奥运会项目由"边缘"项目走向"主流"项目的历程,并分析了中国的非奥运会项目管理机制重构的原因:1)政府财政支持力度不足,中国的非奥运会项目发展举步维艰;2)中国的非奥运会项目单项体育协会组织机构有待健全;3)中国的非奥运会项目单项体育协会管理机制有待完善;4)中国的非奥运会项目众多,发展程度各不相同,管理难度大。基于此,提出中国的非奥运会项目管理机制重构策略。
By using the methods of literature research and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the evolution of non-Olympic events in China from "edge"to "mainstream"from a historical perspective, and analyzes the reasons for the reconstruction of China’s management mechanism of non-Olympic events: 1) the government’s financial support is insufficient, and the development of non-Olympic events in China is difficult;2) the organization of non-Olympic sports associations in China need to be improved;3) the management mechanism of non-Olympic sports association needs to be improved;4) there are many non-Olympic events with different development levels in China, which makes the management difficult. Based on this, this paper puts forward the reconstruction strategy of non-Olympic event management mechanism in China.
