摘要
随着"振兴东北经济"到"再振兴东北经济"政策实施,东北三省的金融业机遇与挑战并存,建立合理的指标体系评价东北三省金融生态环境有利于防范金融风险,提升金融服务实体经济能力。本文选取东北三省26个地区为测评对象构建指标体系,运用因子分析-灰色关联度分析法提取出影响金融生态环境的重要因子,计算2009~2018年这些地区的金融生态环境综合得分。结论表明:区域金融生态环境的重要影响因素为经济基础发展因素和社会人文因素。辽宁省整体金融生态环境最好,且其内部各地区发展水平较平均;吉林省、黑龙江省整体较差,黑龙江省内部差异大,存在发展水平较高的地区。最后对处于不同金融生态发展阶段的地区,因地制宜提出有针对性的建议。
With the implementation of the policy"Revitalizing Northeast China",the financial industry in northeast China has both opportunities and challenges.The establishment of a reasonable index system to envaluate the financial ecological environment in northeast China is conducive to guarding against financial risks and improving the ability of financial services.26 regions in northeast China are selected in this paper as the object to build index system by using factor analysis and grey correlation degree analysis method to extract the important factors that affects the financial ecological environment,and the comprehensive score of the financial ecological environment of these regions from 2009 to 2018 is calculated.The conclusion shows that the main factors affecting the regional financial ecological environment are the economic base development factor and the social and cultural factor.The overall financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province is the best,and the development level of each region within Liaoning Province is relatively average;Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province are poor on the whole,but there are large differences and high development regions within Heilongjiang Province.This paper also puts forward some specific suggestions to the regions in different stages of financial ecological development.
