摘要 如何利用各种指标准确地对电力系统的运行状态进行评估是调度运行部门所关注的一个重要问题。综合幂律分布、电压裕度、潮流冲击熵、网络结构熵和损失负荷相对值五种评估指标,考虑电网结构变化、新能源注入、线路老化、系统内部运行状况、天气等不确定性因素,利用L2范数,建立了电力系统运行安全态势的评估函数。通过MATLAB工具箱中的Lowess函数对三维空间坐标系中数据拟合,实现了电力系统运行安全态势的三维可视化。对IEEE39节点系统的仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性,为电力系统运行安全态势评估提供了一种新思路。 It is an important issue that how to use various indicators to accurately evaluate the operating state of the power system, which is concerned by the dispatching department. All five evaluation indicators of power-law distribution, voltage margin, power flow impact entropy, network structure entropy, and loss relative value of load were introduced. An evaluation function for the security situation of the power system operation was established on L2 norm, considering uncertainty factors such as changes in grid structure, new energy access, line aging, internal operation of the system, and weather. Then data in the three-dimensional space coordinate system was fitted by Lowess Function in Matlab toolbox, and the three-dimensional visualization of the operation security situation of the power system was realized. The simulation of IEEE39 node system verified the effectiveness of the proposed method and provided a new idea for the situation assessment of power system security operation.
