摘要
以亚甲基蓝吸附量为响应值,采用响应面优化法对甘蔗皮制取生物炭的工艺参数(磷酸浓度、微波功率、加热时间)进行优化。实验结果表明,磷酸浓度、微波功率以及加热时间对生物炭吸附亚甲基蓝有显著影响。优化后的甘蔗皮生物炭制取工艺条件为:微波功率为506.7 W,磷酸浓度为42.7%,加热时间为25.5 min,在优化条件下进行验证试验,最终得到的亚甲基蓝吸附值为161.19 mg/g。将得到的甘蔗皮生物炭用于模拟沼液的净化,COD、总氮和总磷的去除率分别达到76.15%、11.61%和100%。研究结果将为以甘蔗皮生物炭净化沼液的研究提供重要参考。
Taking the adsorption amount of methylene blue as the response value,the process parameters(phosphoric acid concentration,microwave power,heating time)of biochar production from sugarcane rind were optimized by response surface optimization method.The results showed that the phosphoric acid concentration,microwave power and heating time had significant effects on the adsorption of methylene blue by biochar.The optimized condition for biochar production from sugarcane rind were:microwave power was 506.7 W,phosphoric acid concentration was 42.7%,the heating time was 25.5 min.The methylene blue adsorption value was 161.19 mg/g after verification test under optimized conditions.The obtained biochar was used for the purification of simulated biogas slurry,and the removal efficiency of COD,TN and TP were 76.15%,11.61%and 100%,respectively.The results will provide important reference for the purification of biogas slurry by biochar production from sugarcane rind.
