This paper first briefly analyzes the importance of cooking pastry modeling and decoration,and expounds the specific requirements of pastry modeling and decoration,pointing out that the modeling should be vivid and the decoration should be simple and natural.In the end,it discusses the cooking pastry plastic arts and decorative arts in detail,hoping to provide valuable reference for the relevant personnel.
